I recently bought a Rav4 XSE at Eastern Shore Toyota where I was super satisfied with the service and how well they were able to negotiate the price. The manger said "We don't lose sells based on price" where I was super satisfied with the service and how well they were able to negotiate the price. The manger said "We don't lose sells based on price". I hundred percent agree with his statement in which we left with a great deal and a Rav4 XSE. Would definitely recommend buying from them. Now, for Palmer Toyota Superstore we went in to buy one for my parents. We did have a fine experience with the salesman but we couldn't make a deal on the same Rav4 XSE on there lot which was fine they couldn't match Eastern Shore Toyota's deal so we decided we did not need that car since they could not match. We left the dealership and then another manager called us back said "We would love what he has for us" so, we turned around and went back and to my surprise he had not changed anything to the deal and made me sit there and listen to him tell me how its a good deal at there price. I told him I couldn't by it at the price which we are only talking about an $800.00 difference for me to buy the car that day. Which was fine we can't make a deal, but what made me mad was they wasted my time to come back in with no counter offer and to explain there deal over again like I'm a child. If you rather not waste your time I would recommend going to Eastern Shore Toyota. More
Unfortunately, my husband has been having a terrible experience with this business. He has paid for a used truck; however, after almost 2 weeks he still doesn’t have the truck. He was given a loaner veh experience with this business. He has paid for a used truck; however, after almost 2 weeks he still doesn’t have the truck. He was given a loaner vehicle after being told that the brakes and other minor repairs needed to happen on his truck. He was also was told that the repairs were going to be done over the weekend, and that the truck would be ready that following Monday. After a week of not having any type of updates, of course he’s questioning why he hasn’t received his vehicle that he’s paid for. Turns out there was a recall on the vehicle, which he was not made aware of by the business. He spoke with Paul Brewer to discuss other options but he received a rude unprofessional response from him. Paul, I don’t understand how you can run a business and not expect a customer to question what’s going on after they’ve paid for a product but haven’t received it. More
My experience was the best I ever had when it comes to car salesman. Desmond (salesman) and Darnell (manager) made me feel very comfortable. I’ve been to other dealers that made me feel rushed and obligat car salesman. Desmond (salesman) and Darnell (manager) made me feel very comfortable. I’ve been to other dealers that made me feel rushed and obligated to make a purchase and I later regret it. These two gentlemen were very patient. They listened to my wants as well as my concerns. Allowed me the space to think it over without the pressure. By the end of my experience they helped me find the perfect car for me and for a great price. This is my first Toyota and I LOVE IT! I also want to add that everyone at Palmers that I came in contact with was friendly and seemed to care. Best experience I’ve ever had HANDS DOWN!! Go see them for your next car. More
First issue encountered after break service and after posting a review I got contacted by service manager who offered to rcitfy the issue. I was changing tires 2 days ago at a different location, and we posting a review I got contacted by service manager who offered to rcitfy the issue. I was changing tires 2 days ago at a different location, and we noticed transition fluid dripping from the plug/bolt, the bolt was completely.loose and could be turned by hand, we tightened the bold and added 4 quarts of transmition fluid. Issue is only place that touched my transition in the past is Palmers toyota to perform a drain and refill as suggested by their service advisors 7 month ago.apparently their technicians can't even tighten a bolt corectly. I had a concerning experience with Palmer's Toyota Service Center recently that I feel compelled to share with others. During my last visit, Corey, my service representative, took my car to his home o Service Center recently that I feel compelled to share with others. During my last visit, Corey, my service representative, took my car to his home overnight without my knowledge or permission, I guess since I was out of town it was ok to mile my vehicle and use my gas. When I raised this issue with Tony, the service manager, his response was shocking - he claimed that it's a common occurrence for customer vehicles to be taken home overnight. This blatant disregard for customer trust and privacy is completely unacceptable. Customers should never have to worry about their vehicles being used without their consent, let alone being taken to an employee's personal residence. It raises serious questions about the integrity and professionalism of Palmer's Toyota Service Center. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to exercise caution and thoroughly check their mileage before leaving their vehicle overnight. Such practices are not only unethical but also potentially risky for customers. It's disappointing to see a reputable establishment engage in such questionable behavior. Overall, my experience with Palmer's Toyota Service Center has left me deeply disappointed and distrustful. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to be vigilant and demand transparency when dealing with their vehicle service needs. More

I had originally look at Palmer to buy my new truck but unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for so i checked around and bought from Eastern Shore. Worst mistake of my life. I WENT IN TO GET TOYOTA RAV4 OIL& FIKTER CHANGED,TIRE ROTATION . DOING THE TIRE ROTATION SERVICE TECH ,TOLD ME ONE OF LUG BOLTS WAS TWISTED OFF HE SAID THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE LABOR,TO FIX IT BUT I WOUL ROTATION . DOING THE TIRE ROTATION SERVICE TECH ,TOLD ME ONE OF LUG BOLTS WAS TWISTED OFF HE SAID THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE LABOR,TO FIX IT BUT I WOULD PAY FOR THE PART. I TOLD HIM PALMERS HADBEEN SERVICEING THE CAR FOR 6 YEARS.AND BY THE WAY THE CAR WAS PURCHASED FROM PALMERS . IT IS NOT ABOUT THE SMALL COST OF PART . IT IS AS THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT MATTER.
