Had an appointment but car not looked at until second day Traditionally when you make an appointment that means that a company reserves that time for you. But apparently at this service center appointments a Traditionally when you make an appointment that means that a company reserves that time for you. But apparently at this service center appointments are more guidelines or in my case they mean absolutely nothing. I had an appointment to bring my car in, first appointment of the day. I was there right when the service center opened. The check in experience was great, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. After that though it all went downhill. I did not hear anything from the service center at all on day one. Zero communication. Day 2 starts and I get notified that the car has been dispatched but not pulled in by a tech yet! I had an appointment and the car sat there for an entire day without someone even looking at it! That is ridiculous. Now, once they actually started on my car everything was great. The fixes were all done and the check out process was very easy and the staff was great. More
