When we bought our 2006 Mercedes E350 from Palmer Dodge in September of last year we had some slight misunderstandings about some of the functionality of the car. For example, we thought that in car phone in September of last year we had some slight misunderstandings about some of the functionality of the car. For example, we thought that in car phone service was available as well as navigation. Mercedes puts in the hooks for such features but does not necessarily include the service as a standard feature. this caused some level of confusion and the team at Palmer Dodge worked through the confusion and was able to make adjustments to the original pricing to allow for installation of one of the features. Having a sales team that is willing to work through issues and keep the customer satisfied was crucial to us getting the car. We were at the point where if that did not happen we were ready to walk away from the deal. Since purchasing the car, the Palmer Customer Support team has stayed in touch regularly letting us know of maintenance and service check milestones. We have been pleased with the sales experience and the service after the sale from Palmer Dodge. More
