The dealership met my expectations, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Mark was good to work with and he did a very good job presenting the truck model I was interested in and he did a great j and the staff was friendly. They did a good job prepping the truck so I could drive out with it and the loan officer was easy to work with on the options for packages and financing. It was a very good buying experience all around. The only thing that I thought was a negative was not driving out with a full tank of gas, personally I think if you buy a new vehicle it's a nice touch to start the customer with a tank of gas as a thank you for choosing them, especially since a new truck is a substantial purchase. But I would not only go back to Palmen but I would also recommend them, this is the second vehicle in my family from the Palmen group and I'm sure it won't be the last. More
Peyton did an excellent job in finding us an affordable Chrysler 300 sedan. We were looking for a car that was not only affordable but comfortable. After trying the Chrysler 200, we decided that the 300 wa Chrysler 300 sedan. We were looking for a car that was not only affordable but comfortable. After trying the Chrysler 200, we decided that the 300 was a better choice for us due to overall size. The gas mileage so far has been great, you can't beat 22 in the city and 31 on the highway. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Peyton because he actually knew what he was talking about. He definitely helped us in our decision and gave us a deal we couldn't refuse. More

After we made our final decision, he was very responsive and available for questions and further assistance that we needed. Frank was able to have our new car ready for pick-up two days ahead of the original date. When we picked it up, he explained all of the new car features very thoroughly and answered all of our questions. I appreciated Frank's sales approach and will definitely buy my future cars from him and will recommend him to all of my family and friends.
