Being young and going to a dealership to buy a car alone had me I recently bought a 2017 Kia Sorento from Greg Kloczkowski and had a great experience! Being young and going to a dealership to buy a car alone had me very intimidated at first. I was hesitant to start the process because of the horror stories you hear about car salesman and financing. I was so pleasantly surprised to enjoy an opposite experience to that at Palmen. Greg was able to figure out what was most important to me in this purchase and helped to direct me in the right direction. Without pressure and up-selling every add on he provided me with all of the information I needed to make an educated decision. I came back the day after purchasing the vehicle to have the paint protection applied and knew exactly where to go since I had been shown the service area the day before. The wait was around 45 minutes (exactly what they had estimated) and I got to catch up on a book with cookies and coffee in the waiting area. Two weeks post purchase I am just as happy and excited as when I drove off the lot! Looking forward to more sugar cookies when I come back for an oil change or complimentary wash! Thank you! More
