had the worst experience ever, called Monday, no answer left message, no one returned my call not the first time that it happened. Called on Wednesday got car in Thursday morning at 9:30 took them 30 hours left message, no one returned my call not the first time that it happened. Called on Wednesday got car in Thursday morning at 9:30 took them 30 hours to even testdrive it, then told me nothing was wrong. Took it to an independent mechanic, within the first block he found the problem. Very unhappy with them, and am seriously thinking of trading in my Kia Sorento More

Exceptional, Respectful Service If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The facilities were clean, and had aspects of the employees personality present versus a cold, sterile environment. Warren (sales) was outstanding. He listened to my needs and resources and then found a few options (mix of used and new) that might work for my family. There was sincerely no pressure for a sale, and for the first time buying a car I did not feel pigeon-holed into a vehicle the dealership wanted me to buy, but ended up with choices and finding a good fit. Even after an extended test drive experience, and was not made to feel that I had to buy that particular vehicle. In fact, I didn't, and ended up with one that was even better for me. My questions about the pricing of options (for warranty, etc) were answered directly and there was no waiting for "what was behind the curtain". This allowed me to make informed decisions and have a conversation with my husband without feeling I needed to make a decision on the fly. Chris (finance) was the fastest experience I have ever had with signing. Again, there were options presented and thoroughly explained, but no pressure when I declined one based on my budget. Throughout the process, I felt that I was very respected and not pushed beyond what I had set as my limit. While I hope to have this vehicle for a long time, I plan to go back for service and future purchases for my family, even though it is not the closest Kia dealership for me. I would strongly recommend anyone interested in a new or used vehicle to reach out to Palmen! More
