The service was excellent. My vehicle needed to be rustproofed and scotch-guarded, which was completed perfectly. In addition, they provided me with a vehicle, so I wouldn’t have to wait at the facili rustproofed and scotch-guarded, which was completed perfectly. The service ran several hours late. They made my pregnant wife wait to pick the vehicle up for over an hour. I was told it would be done in two hours. I dropped it off at 7 am for a scheduled 7 am appointmen wife wait to pick the vehicle up for over an hour. I was told it would be done in two hours. I dropped it off at 7 am for a scheduled 7 am appointment. I called at noon as I was not informed I could pick the vehicle up. During that call they said it would be done around 1:30-2. I called at 2 and apparently they were looking into a camera issue I deferred service on anyway. The vehicle was not done until well after 3. Just an overall miss on the service side of things. The feeling I got was that I was being lied to. If I would have just been told the truth that they running late I would have been fine with it. They could have at least offered to drop over the vehicle at my work after running late. I lost trust in this location. More

Had an inspection for a clicking sound on front right side. They told me the break caliper seized and gave me the price to fix it. I decided to do the work at home myself and I paid the $150 inspection f side. They told me the break caliper seized and gave me the price to fix it. I decided to do the work at home myself and I paid the $150 inspection fee. On my way home the vibration clip fell off pulling into my driveway. When we went to take the tire off to do the work I was also missing a lug nut. I appreciate them looking at it but when I decided not to pay them to fix it it's like they threw a fit and barely put everything back together. Not thrilled with the workmanship. More

Made appointment for 4:30 pm and had to wait for over an hour prior to even moving my vehicle...scheduled for oil change and tire rotation. I get there are times that may cause delays or back-ups with servi hour prior to even moving my vehicle...scheduled for oil change and tire rotation.
