Oil change Joshua was very pleasant to deal with. But how do you write a review on an oil change. This is ridiculous in my opinion and the people requiring this Joshua was very pleasant to deal with. But how do you write a review on an oil change. This is ridiculous in my opinion and the people requiring this to be sent to customers is ridiculous as well and a waste of my time and yours. If the low oil warning goes on or something quits working I will let you know, believe me. Noncommunicative with the customer, not interested in listening..overall dismissive and rude. Will not return for service again ever. Upselling ...no not even upselling simply throwing everything possibl listening..overall dismissive and rude. Will not return for service again ever. Upselling ...no not even upselling simply throwing everything possible on the sheet with no discussion whatsoever...additional service before even having any idea of the status of the original issues it was brought in for....charged excessive amounts for simply diagnosing or not diagnosing issues...i basically was charged 350 for an oil change. Stay classy palmen...customer service definitely not your deal... I gave 1 star simply because 0 was not an option More
