5 hours for a diagnostic check on my air conditioning system ? I think the waiting times are a bit excessive when there is an appointment made. Poor workmanship and customer service from the service department and service manager. My lug nut were over torqued by them causing damage to the rear carrier. They would not admit fault and I had to argu department and service manager. My lug nut were over torqued by them causing damage to the rear carrier. This was a major safety concern because it would be impossible to change a flat tire. More
