Car dropped off Tuesday 9/1, not ready until Saturday 9/5. Requested loaner vehicle and nothing came of that. Sunday 9/6 check engine light came back on, smoking under the hood, overheating, etc. Now I’m 9/5. Requested loaner vehicle and nothing came of that. Sunday 9/6 check engine light came back on, smoking under the hood, overheating, etc. Now I’m back to square one w/no vehicle. Hoping to get a call back early Tuesday and loaner car. I’m a first responder and an educator. I can’t be without a vehicle. More

Wally stinks! My 79 yo sister stops to have the map lights check because they stay on. He told her schedule an appointment. Button was pushed so they stayed on. You thought he could have check it. My experience with Patty was exceptional. She was very helpful and also professional and personable. It took a full week to get the part in that was needed. I’m not sure if that could have been obtained s helpful and also professional and personable. It took a full week to get the part in that was needed. I’m not sure if that could have been obtained sooner or not. I also had to have my tires balanced. The receipt show that they adjusted the air in the tires but all 4 are very under inflated so I don’t think that was addressed. Also, other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past always did a courtesy check of all fluids and would top them off but apparently this dealership does not do that as my washer fluid light came on as I was leaving the lot. They did wash my Jeep which I do appreciate! More
