Very accommodating! Service is 10. Always satisfying. My right rear passenger side tire was leaking air. There was something in the tread and had it repaired . they're very helpful and worked me in the sche right rear passenger side tire was leaking air. The people always so nice Whenever I have to have service done on one of my Jeeps. Very accommodating and friendly and the shuttle service is awesome. Brought car in for broken door lock. We’re told by dealership that parts surrounding lock would Most likely break during repair. Those parts are not covered by extended warranty. Dealership has no co dealership that parts surrounding lock would Most likely break during repair. Those parts are not covered by extended warranty. Dealership has no communication with Extended warranty dept. We were stuck in the middle. Extended warranty did not respond to my phone calls. Lock could have been dealt with in this visit but because of lack of communication we need to take the van back in for service. And pay an additional deductible. Poor customer service. More

The person who helped us was very nice and answered all our questions. However, we had an appointment for just an oil change at 4:30 and did not leave till 5:20.
