Dropped car off to listed to a service writer Patti argue with an elderly gentleman trying to drop his car off for recall work. The poor guy asked for his keys back to go to a different dealer and she refuse with an elderly gentleman trying to drop his car off for recall work. The poor guy asked for his keys back to go to a different dealer and she refused and then helped him. This is not the first or second or third time that I have seen this by this associate. If I would guess they lose a lot of buisness because if it. I mentioned it at Palmen in Kenosha and they said right away by name who it was. Pretty sad. I wa told it would take 2 days and I got a call a 6 days after it was dropped off on a Sat as our noon to tell me it was ready. I went there on Friday to get belongings out of the truck to find it was unlocked in the parking lot. When I got it back it was dirty with the plastic coverings in my car that I had to throw away then go to a car wash and clean the car after. More
