I asked about getting a rental and was brushed off like its not necessary knowing I had things to do Saturday but my car wasn't done until just a couple hours before closing Friday. I was told at 4pm Th its not necessary knowing I had things to do Saturday but my car wasn't done until just a couple hours before closing Friday. I was told at 4pm Thursday that most of the work would be done before they left yet I was charged over $700 for labor alone. Called at 11:30am Friday to ask status and was told they were done with the parts, just had to put everything back together. Should be done 1/1:30 and Tim would call as soon as it was done, but wasn't called back until 3:30pm. This just added to some stress as it got closer and closer to closing time and I didn't know what I would do for a rental as he wouldn't even tell me if I could get a rental. Maybe you guys don't like renting out vehicles, but then just say that. I feel like I asked simple questions and wasn't given straight answers multiple times. Overall, I have no issues with the service given. I will not be approaching Tim in the future to help get it done. And I do appreciate that I called Thursday morning around 9am and had the vehicle completed by 4pm Friday! Fantastic timing, just would have been nice to know how long it would actually take to spend less time stressing. More

Ok... here is a positive review about patti and the service my wife, nicole schroeder recieved from palmen . My wife , nicole went there on Thursday for a oil change . I was there w/ my wife and patti addressed me for the xxxx up from when I was there before. She apologetic and explained herself to me infront of my wife explaining she meant no hurt feelings and was just explained that she was following company procedure. I meant alot to me hearing that from her . It shows a descent moral compass inwhich, the world lacks now a days . My wife, nicole recoeved an oil change on her 2015 jeep cherokee trailhawk.... so, to wrap this this up , I want to say thank you for taking care of My wife, my friend , my forever love , nicole... and thank you patti , for takin the time to talk to me .... best regards, John & Nicole Schroeder More

It was clean. Customers were socially distanced while waiting for service to be performed. Appreciated that car was washed afterwards. Only negative was waiting area had 2 different television stations o waiting for service to be performed. Appreciated that car was washed afterwards. Went in for new brakes, had to go back THREE TIMES and they’re STILL NOT right!!!!!!!!!!!!! $1200 & my brakes are messed up! I’m beyond livid. Service tech did horrible, pulled car off the lot after first they’re STILL NOT right!!!!!!!!!!!!! $1200 & my brakes are messed up! I’m beyond livid. Service tech did horrible, pulled car off the lot after first appt and car made LOUD clunking sound. Had to go back, they looked it over and forgot to tighten my caliper. One day later, it’s making noise again, go back, they claim nothing is wrong. Go home, hear noise again, this time I got the noise on video, and am bringing it back tomorrow. I’m beyond LIVID! Tim is great, technicians/mechanics don’t know what they’re doing, or just don’t care. This is my second bad experience AFTER spending A LOT of money. More
