I asked them to see if the software on my computer module was up to date, they wanted to do a full fledge inspection, I confirmed I only wanted what I asked for yet it turns out they do as they wish, a quick was up to date, they wanted to do a full fledge inspection, I confirmed I only wanted what I asked for yet it turns out they do as they wish, a quick 5 minute computer check ended up costing me $154 that I could have had done for free at most local auto parts stores, not sure whose pockets got padded so either confirm they actually do as you wish and not as they wish or I suggest go elsewhere More

This establishment is in one word shady. I came in for a software update and after driving out of the parking lot had my check engine light come on. I immediately returned and was told I needed a $600 repai software update and after driving out of the parking lot had my check engine light come on. I immediately returned and was told I needed a $600 repair after being told my car had nothing wrong with it 5 minutes before. The mechanic informed me that I could have hit a bird or rock when he was the one who drove it to the interstate. My mechanic told me the louver Palmen mechanic broke simply slides up and out and did not need to be broken and taped inside of my front grill. This mechanic needs additional training and a dose of honesty when dealing with people in the public. He should be required to reimburse me for the repairs I need and the cost associated with them. Purchased a vehicle elsewhere and took it into this dealership to get it looked at and a couple things fixed. Wanted this to be my go to shop for my vehicle which it wont be after working with the serv dealership to get it looked at and a couple things fixed. Kept getting told more and more needed to be done with the vehicle I just purchased when the issues they told me didn’t exist prior to bringing it in. Then was told it was good to go but when I paid and picked up same issue I brought it in for was there. After much run around and being told I needed to spend another $1.2K I spoke with service manager and suddenly everything was magically fixed. Service manager was great, service advisor was not. More
