Tim was professional and friendly. Dealership is clean and inviting. Concerned masks were not being worn, but I still felt safe, as I was wearing a mask and again the Dealership was clean. Paid to have things looked at and told there was nothing wrong even though I work on vehicles. Nothing like getting scammed out of money. Wally is absolutely useless and terrible at his job. If it wasn’t for patti fixing some of the situation and making things as best as she could for me things would’ve been way worse. As a former employee at Palmen and a longterm customer as well as someone who refers a lot of purchases. My experience a d feelings have drastically changed and I probably won’t be returning for future service or purchases. I would rather spend my money somewhere that’s going to take care of my service the proper way not take my money and not take care of all the the issues I have. More

I have to boast about Calvin and Steve! They were both very communicative and very approachable on every aspect of not only one purchase but 2! I came in and wanted to trade my Kia for a truck and the dea very communicative and very approachable on every aspect of not only one purchase but 2! I came in and wanted to trade my Kia for a truck and the deal fell through, however Steve reached out to me the following day about making the deal work with another method in which we made happen! Not only did him and Calvin help make the deal with the truck happen, THEY GOT US INTO A 2020 Dodge Journey and out of that Kia and at a reasonable APR%. I cant thank both of these gentlemen enough for how diligent they were in getting myself and my wife into the vehicles we ACTUALLY wanted.
