Purchased a new Dodge, could have a bit more training inside with controls as my last car was a 2000 Chrysler van. A little white ring where the ignition plugs in would be a big help. The people I worked with were very friendly. At that point things progressed well, and we came to a mutual agreement. When it came time to go over all the numbers and work out a monthly payment, there were several very costly mistakes made on their end. Luckily I was double checking the numbers. I would highly suggest you do the same. These mistakes would have cost me a great deal of money. I don't think anyone was trying to pull a fast one, but once again, if I didn't catch the mistakes I'd be paying for them. My only other complaint is that they didn't even fill the gas tank up. Seems kind of cheap on their end to not do that. Overall I had a positive experience, and would come back. Just make sure you're doing your part and checking the numbers. More
