Upon arriving one of the service advisors did not have any customers but still directed me towards Wally who was helping another customer and I waited for about 15 minutes to be helped. The other service advisors helped a customer but wore his mask under his chin the entire time even when he got up and walked around. When it was my turn Wally was very helpful and took care of everything. If the first advisor helped me and the other advisor wore a mask like he should have I would have rated the visit 5 stars. If I had to rate Wally and the work performed I would rate my visit five stars. However due to my wait while one advisor did nothing and the other advisor who obviously does not care about himself or the guest who walk in the door I am unable to give five stars and chose to give it 1.5 stars which is not an option so I will round up to two. More
