The quote was only material in advance. There was no advance quote of labor. Either way $140 is way too much to snap a piece of plastic on. I've shared the cost with my friends and other connections in town. It's insane. The last time I brought my van in another service person talked me into brake fluid and power steering fluid changes on a 40,000 mile vehicle that didn't need it. I didn't respond because your dealership won't make the changes needed to retain me as a customer. I'm self employed I understand the cost of business. $140 is insane for 10 minutes of snapping plastic trim on. I also don't really appreciate your tone in the message. I didn't respond because I'm not pursuing you to do business. You might attempt to get me back as a customer, but I'm not chasing Palmen. Also had front brakes done. Cost at your shop almost $1000 for two rotors and pads. Cost at the shop I go to now $450. Your material is the same. Your labor is no better educated.
