It took over 90 minutes for an appointment that should have been 30. I was passed off from one employee to another, only to be left standing (ignored) for 20 minutes. Once acknowledged, the employee did have been 30. I was passed off from one employee to another, only to be left standing (ignored) for 20 minutes. Once acknowledged, the employee did not know what I was there for, talked in circles, forgot what we were doing, etc. I have an appointment to get new tire coming up. I will be looking elsewhere and canceling the appointment. More
