Service was good overall however i had to keep my truck there one more day because they did not insulate the front doors properly. This led me to keep their rental truck an extra day. As i was backing up into my driveway i hit the mirror on my brick wall because the mirror was longer than mine. I broke the mirror thus needing to pay almost $500 for a replacement. Yes i hit the mirror however if the work was done properly on that Friday I would not have had their truck on Saturday thus never breaking their mirror. More

My Wrangler had the check engine light on and I scheduled an appt within the week. The only day open was Fri morning and I always schedule my appointments with service advisor Patti Ostergaard when available an appt within the week. I can say out of all the people I have had to deal with at this place Timothy and Wally have been the only two who have actually made the visit worth it.
