Quality buying experience. Didn't give me the trade in value I wanted but didn't try and sell me dumb stuff at the end. Truck I bought was clean and in the condition presented. Had a 7:30 am oil change appointment. Didn't get out till 9:00 am. Was told they are busy with cars. That is why I made an appointment. I saw the listing for my new Jeep Compass online via CarGurus. It was listed for a lower price than the car had on its info sheet. At first I was concerned at the price difference and made that known. S CarGurus. It was listed for a lower price than the car had on its info sheet. At first I was concerned at the price difference and made that known. Sergio was great, he reassured me that they would be price matching to the online listing. He was very personable, nice and humble. He did try to offer all the extras, but I politely declined and he didn’t push or become aggressive when I said no. (Which I have seen at other big name car dealers.) There was a bit of a hiccup, when paperwork went back to the financial guy. Which can happen, it can be like a game of telephone, where things can be worded differently or misunderstood. Especially since I used my own lender. We ended up getting corrected and all is good! I arrived 15min earlier and after 3 min, Patty asked me for my last name. After I answered, even not having anyone behind me, she told my Appointment was with Tim and that I should wait for him. Then I wai for my last name. After I answered, even not having anyone behind me, she told my Appointment was with Tim and that I should wait for him. Then I waited for about 10min for Tim (he was not delayed), 10min that I could have used to do another important thing if Patyy had stepped up and attended me.
