Oil change took roughly 45 minutes, which wasn't a big deal. But last time I came in to have my tires rotated, I had the technician air down my 37" tires from 37 psi to 31 psi because of the uneven tread deal. When I was driving home from the oil change, I realized they air them all back up to 37 psi. It would be awesome to be asked about things like this instead of just going ahead and changing my vehicle when I came in for an oil change and nothing else. More
