We received a flyer in the mail that said that we could trade our 2012 Wrangler for a new model while keeping the same payment. We put a lot of miles on our vehicles and were already over 40000 so we were trade our 2012 Wrangler for a new model while keeping the same payment. Rick was very helpful and got us a very good price on our trade above blue book value. They did not have a Wrangler with the options we wanted but Rick was very helpful tracking down one from another dealer instead of trying to push us on something else like other dealers have done to us in the past. Rick ended up finding a new Wrangler with all the options we were looking for and had it shipped from Illinois and had it ready for delivery the next day. In less than two days we had a brand new Wrangler with only slightly higher payments, the financing department was also very helpful in getting us the payments we wanted. In general Palmen has been a great dealership to work with. This is the third new vehicle that we have purchased from them and we will continue to return. More
