This is the 3rd time I've done car shopping in the last 5 years, and I've never had such a great time buying a car as I did with Vince at Palmen Racine. From the initial call with the internet sales manager to then being able to work with Vince, I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire process and it didn't feel like what most people associate with the car buying process. Vince did not try to sell me a car that I didn't want, and made every effort to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Even though it took more than one visit, I was confident I didn't need nor want to shop at other dealerships. Vince's level of service and commitment to the customer was something you don't often see at todays' dealerships. Not to mention, Racine Jeep was extremely willing to work with me on my existing trade, and made me feel like I was going to get a great deal on an awesome used 2013 Grand Cherokee. I felt I was treated fairly and received an excellent offer on my trade, more so than any other dealer was willing to negotiate on. The entire process was smooth, and the dealership didn't feel like a circus or zoo as many I have seen do. I will be buying my next car with Vince at Racine, in part due to the fact that the dealership itself impressed me so much.
