What resulted was me running around to numerous places trying to get quotes on both new leases and used vehicles, lost about what our best move was. Both Cole and Jerad took so much time with me and provided top notch customer service. They had well thought out, educated responses to all of my questions and concerns and they understood good customer service was providing me options reasonable for my family and I; They never tried to just "sell me." My husband and I live 45 minutes away... As long as we are in the market for any vehicle they sell, they will be our sole source for our vehicle needs. Also the finance manager Steve was wonderful. I briefly had to bring my son by the next day for some follow up (on my part, not due to any shortcomings on their part) and my son proceeded to drop a 1/2 bag of pb crackers all over his office and then step in them.
