Palmen Motors to our rescue! On a Saturday at about 4:30 PM we were forced to stop our car. Thankfully, we were very near Palmen Motors and they were opened until 6:00 PM! The area below the front bumper had somehow been torn loose previously. It was making a terrible noise and sounded like we had blown a tire. We managed to get to Palmen where Wally helped us right away. He explained what was wrong and kept us posted. The mechanics were able to temporarily fix it so we could continue on to our destination. We had another couple with us and we all waited in your waiting room. Even the other couple remarked on what nice facilities were there and we agreed. The car will need bodywork but that day Palmen Motors was our “Knight in shining armor! More

My husband was very upset. My Jeep Compass with only 10,000 miles on it has stalled on me numerous times. We brought it in for the 2nd time only to be told it was low on oil. We have had the oil changed 1 time because initially we were told every 6000 miles. So the service people td my husband we needed another, which we did. He also told him we should check the o every 1000 to see if it runs low. Obviously we got the run around. We lease brand new so we dont need to deal with stuff like this. More
