Lackluster Meh... the car is fixed which i guess was the whole point, but every other place I’ve had the jeeps I’ve owned have at least topped off fluids like wi Meh... the car is fixed which i guess was the whole point, but every other place I’ve had the jeeps I’ve owned have at least topped off fluids like windshield washer fluid. I realize the weather wasn’t great, but every other dealership I’ve worked with had at least washed the car. I know the weather wasn’t the best, but come on, do you sell a new car without washing it, and tell the customer it was simply because it had snowed the day before? Also I’m guessing the free inspection wasn’t done, because nobody asked me where the socket to get the custom wheels off was. Additionally I know the brakes need to be done, so I know nobody even took a look. Super disappointed. Also when I showed up for my appointment, the service writer told me that I was in the wrong line and I had to wait to see a different service writer. That was quite weird, what if I didn’t make the appointment with you, I can’t check in with you? For spending nearly $40k on a Jeep I expected the service to be much better. If I wanted crummy service I would have bought a crappy Kia. More
Put defective parts on truck So I called because I had brake issues. I was told to bring my jeep liberty in for a brake check and was given the price of 42 dollars. When I pointed out that wasnt the price I was given they remembered they talk to me on the phone and changed the price. They then charged me for so called "dealer parts that lasted no more then 3 days before my truck began shacking violently. When I called the dealer to report the issue he told me he couldnt get me in for 2 days. I had to argue with "Wolly" about how it would be unsafe to drive my vehicle in this condition for 2 days. He then put me on hold came back on the line with a attitude an ask me when I could bring my vehicle in. I told him I could same day. After dropping it off he called me a few hours later to tell me the new rotors had any where from 8 to 10 cracks in each of them. He tried to make me feel better by saying that in his 25 to 30 yrs in the industry he had never seen that. I think the bad parts are unacceptable. I drove around with my children on my vehicle like this. With bad installed parts. I am extremely disappointed in the danger I was put in due to cheap or bad parts especially whenn i spent over $1,000 dollars on the repair and had to return a second time to get the job done right. More

Customer Service is First-Rate I went to Palmer twice actually within a 5 month span. I totalled the car I orginally bought and when I came back to get a new vehicle, Matt and Steve I went to Palmer twice actually within a 5 month span. I totalled the car I orginally bought and when I came back to get a new vehicle, Matt and Steve made an unfortunate ordeal seamless - from helping me with paperwork for the guarantees and Gap insurance on the previous car to getting me into a new car that I was happy with quickly and painlessly. They were prompt in respinding to any questions I had after. Steve provided me with paperwork I needed for my insurance claim in a more than tinely manner. Matt made sure I had everything I needed for my car and ensured I got a 2nd key to a car that only had one quickly and at no cost to myself. Their customer service is unlike any I have ever seen at a car dealership. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They simply supported me and ensured I knew all my options (even when I told Steve to just guve me the best warranty on the car because I obviously needed it, he still wanted to make sure I knew all of the plans and what I would be getting for my money instead of just claiming the sale and moving on). They two men are upstanding associates that don't make you feel like a sale to be made. I really appreciated my interactions with them and we will be going back when I get my husband his new truck as well. As long as these two men work for Palmer, they have us as customers. More
