Service visits here typically include a degree of aggravation that most other auto brands & repair centers seem to have overcome in recent years. For example, Service Reps should be knowledgeable ab aggravation that most other auto brands & repair centers seem to have overcome in recent years. For example, Service Reps should be knowledgeable about the handful of service specials promoted on their website, rather than plead ignorance about them. And if only one of those specials is applicable for a given visit, the Service Rep should also be able to provide some guidance as to which would be most advantageous to the customer, rather than treat the whole process like a big inconvenience.
