Patti O. is the best there is. Came in for oil change and tire rotation, and an error about the start/ stop system. They troubleshot the error and put parts on order, not a big deal, so that was fine. I had asked if they could do a 5 tire rotation since previously on my other Wrangler they kept doing 4 wheel rotation and I didn't want the spare to not get wear like the rest of the wheels. I was assured they would do a 5 tire rotation, but when I picked it up and got home, the spare is still brand new, unused, so they clearly did only the four tire rotation despite assuring me they would do a 5 tire rotation.
