Incredibly Wonderful! Palmen GMC is an outstanding service and sales group. I got my first Yukon there, had it for 20 yesars with them taking great care of it all the way. Bought another Yukon in January, they are now caring for that one as well. I cannot say enough about Service Manager Dan First and Service Writer Jason Garon. They are so friendly, helpful and really know how to provide great customer service. Between them and the rest of the team, you always know you are in good hands with this group. Well done Had my vehicle in for a protection package installed. The service gentleman who took care of me was very polite and knowledgeable. Was given a loner car which was appreciated, although it sat in my garage until my vehicle was finished. But none the less had it if I needed it.
