Lack of customer service Every time I go for service, I always have to wait an extended time to get someone to help me. And they were going to make me wait until the person wh Every time I go for service, I always have to wait an extended time to get someone to help me. And they were going to make me wait until the person who set up my appointment was available to check me in for an oil change. I complained and was taken care of immediately. An oil change here takes 45 minutes to an hour. And though it is nice they offer a complimentary car wash, they don't dry it. I will never prepay for maintenance services again. I will say that Jeff Nagy has been very polite and helpful. Even though he was not the person who took my appointment set up call. I appreciate that. More

Tim showed me I disabled the trunk latch by accident, confirmed the leak in the A/C by the hissing noise and identified that the seat plastic had cracked which was the seat issue I had questions about. He then set about getting everything scheduled and the part ordered. After a short time I was given a loaner car and sent on my way. Tim contacted me when the repairs were complete. Kudos to the Palmen team! Thank you Tim! More
