Had an appointment for 2 weeks and couldn't get brakes done. Had good brake readings 3000 miles ago. Now less than 1mm. Bad readings prior. No fluids filled. Made an appointment 2 weeks prior making sure I could get brakes done if needed for a trip. Determined brakes needed but no techs available. This is due to not enough techs on staff, not very qualified those that are there and constant overbooking by service agents. Palmer will fail if this continues. Believed in certified service but not now. Sales agent good to deal with but they don't fix the cars. More

Terrain tire trbl Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Tim that I seem to have a slow leak in my left rear tire. The GMC dealer in my hometown ( Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Tim that I seem to have a slow leak in my left rear tire. The GMC dealer in my hometown (Las Cruces, NM) had checked it last year and they said I didn't have enough air in the tire because there was no other problem with the tire. Tim had the tire checked and the service tech found a staple had pierced the edge of the tire in 2 places. The tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Tim and your techs are much more conscientious then my hometown dealer was. I can one to Kenosha every year to see our kids. I will keep coming to your dealership since I can count on them. More

Poor service Made appointment to drop car for brakes, shocks, hub and cooing lines. Charged $139 to tell me I needed brakes, shocks, hub and cooling lines. Service Manager Tim was fine but this was not your typical service. At this time I don’t expect to return for service again. More

Amazing service I just recently purchased my 2009 Buick Enclave. And I started taking my car to Palmen for service. I only been here twice. The first time I just sche I just recently purchased my 2009 Buick Enclave. And I started taking my car to Palmen for service. I only been here twice. The first time I just schedule an oil change appointment and I love how the were so nice they went above and beyond to make their customer feel like the are at home while they wait for the services to be done. The wait area for me is very well put is had tv entertainment, snacks and a kids area for the customers with families. The second time I was there I was so impressed on how they came up to me and told me one of my headlights was burn. I wasn’t aware of the situation so it was good they let me know. I really like how their customer service is very friendly and they help a lot on anything the customers need. I will totally keep coming to this place for my car services and will recommend family and friends to go to this place. More
