It happened Thai needed some emergency repair on my vehicle and came into Palmen to see Tony. Customer Oriented Service Center On Sunday July 21st my 2014 Cadillac SRX would not start. I had it jumped and drive it to Palmen to drop off the car and key fob. On Monday morning On Sunday July 21st my 2014 Cadillac SRX would not start. I had it jumped and drive it to Palmen to drop off the car and key fob. On Monday morning I receive a follow up call confirming what the issue was and repairs were started. I needed a new battery. Jason explained to me all charges and what was done. Great job. More
We had to wait extra long time for the part to come in I have been Buying with this shop now 4-5 cars. Tom who passed AWAY ,would have answers in seconds he would call back or walk over to a office for ans I have been Buying with this shop now 4-5 cars. Problems that has come up is if some one is off for some reason, the call should go to the Office to get help for that call. Jeff just got caught in our situation. He has been a terrific worker answering and get us servis. BY NO MEANS SHOULD HE BE HELD FOR THIS RIGHT NOW..
