The Service dept is understaffed / impatient/ and not customer friendly / charged and made me pay for a tire rotation i did not ask for or want. GOOD JOB Had an issue with my outside temperature sensor and it was replaced. Very happy about that. The last time I was in I was told because it was not on a recall they wouldn't do it. Jason G. my tech person who took care of me was great and said no problem and had it done. Never understood the first time it was denied to me. If it wasn't working properly what difference did it make if it was on recall or not........anyway all good now thanks to Jason.
