tire repair It would have been nice if the dealership would have put my cargo back together. They put the spare back but didn’t secure the cargo area back. Jason always is willing to help and go out of his way to satisfy the customer. Especially, since he informed me that our Premium Service coverage expired on 11/20. So, he did what he could as far as cost. I wish Palmen GMC as a courtesy to their customers call and let them know when their warranties or any additional services purchased are going to expire. Was called later in the day and told it was a loose oil filter, and that the oil was changed and the area cleaned. Upon picking up my car the verbiage stated that the oil leak was “residual oil from previous oil change”. So long story short, the first new car I have purchased did not have the oil filter tightened on its first oil change. More

I additionally had concerns on a noise and requested it be inspected. By 3pm I had not heard a status on my vehicle so I called. Turned out that my vehicle was not going to be ready and I was required to use a courtesy vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was made aware of the issues with my vehicle and I had decided I would purchase the parts myself and do the install. It was obvious to the gentleman that he was annoyed by this decision, even though I was paying $70 for them to just look at it. The next day I dropped off the rental vehicle to find that there was a nail in the tred Of the tire. When I let the service individual know they were obviously frustrated and aggressive with how they asked me questions about it. He continuously threatened to charge me for the tire while I know it could be patched. He rudely pointed out that it was a new vehicle that was going to be sold to someone. He discussed with his manager who chose to not charge me and decided to tell me “I don’t know why he decided that, but I’d there’s anyone that you should thank is him”. First off as a customer I was displeased having to have a rental because 8 hours is not enough time for an oil change and tire rotation. The said service individual argued with me on this point that they had a tech call in for an unfortunate reason, however he seemed to forget that as a customer this did not affect me. I will never step foot in this place again even with my tire rotations are free More
