My rating is completely based on customer service. This was my first time visiting the Palmer Buick GMC site. Time management is the key. I waited over five minutes just for a service consultant to assista was my first time visiting the Palmer Buick GMC site. Time management is the key. I waited over five minutes just for a service consultant to assistant me, once checked in I waited another two hours to be advised what was wrong with my car. I was later informed by my Service Consultant that the delay was not the Mechanics fault, he decided to delay not telling me earlier what was wrong with my car. I was charged for two hours of work, and my car wasn't fixed. I explained to my Service Consultant that because there wasn't any transparency, or consideration for time management and cost, please put my car back together, because I do not like to be taken advantage of. The most unfortunate part of this is the other employees inside of the building were polite and were respectful of others time, and cost. I'm disappointed, because I had high expectations, but poor customer service and ineffective communication can affect business outcomes. I hope no one in the future experience this outcome. More
While we have been going back and forth with Tony with our 2020 Escalade issues, (3) to be exact, Tony has taken care of the first two instantly and effectively. 3rd issues took longer because of a back our 2020 Escalade issues, (3) to be exact, Tony has taken care of the first two instantly and effectively. 3rd issues took longer because of a back order but Tony has keep contact with me to ensure that I know what is going on and that is rare theses days thank you Tony for all your hard work to take care of everything for me. The dealership was clean and organized and full of eager to help staff when needed. I used the bathroom and noticed there was no soap in both soap dispensers. Good to see people are washing there hands but now it all gone what happens after a staff meme we used the bathroom and notices there isn’t soap? Are they to proud to change soap or do they just not was their hands and use that as an excuse? Or is it as simple as no more soap in house for the dispensers? The world may never now ? Either way I enjoy this Palmans dealer due to Tim and his personality and knowledge, that keeps me coming back. Also the guys in back haven’t messed up anything I have had work done to my truck either. Happy thanksgiving:) More
