Tony was right on top of my tire replacement through Michelin Tires Customer Care. Not recommended.. I visited the dealership to have a key fob programmed and a replacement key cut. I scheduled an appt for 9 am and was quoted a time of an hour for completion of the work. Two hours later I fob programmed and a replacement key cut. I scheduled an appt for 9 am and was quoted a time of an hour for completion of the work. Two hours later I asked the service desk how much longer it would be as I have a noon appt scheduled. Finally by 11:15 I just demanded I get my car weather it was completed or not cause I had to go. I was never notified that the work was gonna take longer then estimates not was I advised of the status during the waiting time. When I pulled my vehicle into the service dept their was a grumpy old man disrespectfully tell people where to park their vehicles. I will not be doing business with this dealership in the future, even though I have another fob to program and key to have cut!! More
