I had an appointment for an oil change, I ended up having to wait an hour. They finally came and got me and said “you’re all set it’s washed and ready to go.” When I went out to my car it had definitely not to wait an hour. They finally came and got me and said “you’re all set it’s washed and ready to go.” When I went out to my car it had definitely not been washed. I went back in and said I think they forgot to wash it. The guy very rudely said “It’s very possible that they actually DID wash it” rolling his eyes at me. I suggest that he come see and when he saw how filthy it was he said fine I’ll run it through, still short and not at all apologetic. When he drove back over after washing it he just got out and walks off. So rude. More
