The employees at Palmen GMC are always very nice to work with. They are courtious pleasant, and knowledgeable about the vehicles that the sell and service. Did not have appointment that I had set up. Computer screen doesn’t work in the cold and had to pay 200.00 for a diagnostic that I was not aware of. This was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. The communication was terrible and I had to initiate multiple calls to even get information on my vehicle.
