We have been going to Palmen way before it was Palmen, for all our vehicles, 1 new 2006 GMC pickup truck which we still have, 2 new cars ( 2008 CTS Sedan and 2014 CTS and 1 2018 Cadillac XT5 SUV ) and for all our vehicles, 1 new 2006 GMC pickup truck which we still have, 2 new cars ( 2008 CTS Sedan and 2014 CTS and 1 2018 Cadillac XT5 SUV ) and have always had Great !! results when we bring them in for service, ( which wasn't and isn't much ) especially my last service experience. Let me explain. Our 2014 Cadillac CTS Coupe, which was having some minor front suspension noises upon hard steering ( and it only happened in the winter ) well, I contacted Jason Garon the Cadillac Service consultant, to explain the issue, but we had one problem and it was this, for one, we, ( Deb and I ) couldn't get in sooner because of Covid, and two, our extended warranty was about to run out on February 20th which was a Sunday. I had called Jason on February 14th in the morning and after our discussion it was decided that I bring it in ASAP so that it could sit overnight and out side so it would be easier to determine the exact problem. Jason then called me on Wednesday to tell me that the problem was isolated on Tuesday to both lower control arm bushings, and that the real work was started. Here's the kicker and where Jason went above and beyond in making sure the parts were OEM, as they only had parts in stock for one side,( he could have ordered aftermarket ) so he fortunately was able to find OEM at another Dealership north west of Kenosha. So with all of that said, the Great Service Department and the Tech that worked on it were able to get it done on the 17th and we went to pick it up that afternoon. I want to say Great Job to everyone else that was involved. Including the young man that shuttled me back to Racine when I dropped the car off. More
