Went for an oil change on 12/13 and it took over 2 hours. Upon leaving my check engine light came on. Went immediately back to service area in which the technician said it was on when he brought vehicle in f Upon leaving my check engine light came on. Went immediately back to service area in which the technician said it was on when he brought vehicle in from parking area (which it was not) and then didn’t inform service area rep. Then, only to come home and have oil leak all over my garage floor over night. Brought it back to dealership service on 12/14 to be told prior day technician didn’t tighten oil filter. Will never go back or recommend PALMEN!! More

When I’m there, everyone is kind, but I don’t feel like Palmen goes above and beyond with customer service. I’ve been needing my 3rd row seatbelt fixed for months and when I call, they never have a loaner Palmen goes above and beyond with customer service. I’ve been needing my 3rd row seatbelt fixed for months and when I call, they never have a loaner vehicle available for me, and they just tell me to keep calling back every day because “they’re busy and will forget” to call me. The only reason I was able to get my recalls taken care of is because I was willing to “wait” for several hours for my vehicle to be serviced. Great, service-oriented companies would do whatever it took to make sure I was a repeat customer for maintenance and purchasing. If I had other options, I would not come here. More

I feel the need to preface this review with the fact that I have been waiting 5 months to write this hoping things would change. My 2023 GMC Yukon XL AT4 has had electrical issues ever since the motor was r I have been waiting 5 months to write this hoping things would change. My 2023 GMC Yukon XL AT4 has had electrical issues ever since the motor was replaced at 23,000 miles in June. Battery was replaced due to issues when replacing the motor, driver seat module was replaced, battery then ended up dying completely, cruise control works intermittently, auto stop feature still does not work, audio system periodically just doesn’t work, and other various buttons are not operational 100% of the time in a vehicle that is 17 months old. Also, while it was in with the motor replacement in June, they put a crease in my driver fender and denied it. I have dealt with 3 of the 4 service consultants. Palmen has done nothing to make it seem like they care about keeping me at Palmen. GMC themselves have done ZERO to keep me as a GMC customer by standing behind their product. I have handled this extremely lengthy process professionally but direct. I am not out of patience. More
