Did not have appointment that I had set up. Computer screen doesn’t work in the cold and had to pay 200.00 for a diagnostic that I was not aware of. This was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. The communication was terrible and I had to initiate multiple calls to even get information on my vehicle.
