Brought vehicle in for glow plug replacement on Duramax. Quoted 1.2 hours labor and part. Less 300$. Over a week later received call that glow plug, removal tool and easy out were broke off in my head. Esti Quoted 1.2 hours labor and part. Less 300$. Service department customer service is poor. No phone calls during whole prossess Discussed with general manager and agreed on $3000 Bill came in at $9101. Ended up paying $3801 to get my truck back. Was a fight to get it at that cost. If I'm contracted to perform a service at a customers home and I damage something I do not expect them to pay for the damage. For the record I have 6 GM vehicles that will NEVER be at Palmen for service again. Words can not describe the way I feel I was taken advantage of. More
