I have had very frustrating vehicle purchases from out of the area in the past. Dealing over the phone purchases and on the spot purchases can be very stressful. Especiallynot knowing the vehicle or test driving it before purchase can be difficult. But my experiencewas great. I was honest with them and they were honest with me and that goes a long way with me. So I thank all who was involved. The little things like specific pictures of the vehicle i asked for was recieved within minutes. Those little things can make a difference for me and it did. Thanks to all again! More

Although there are a few Jeep dealers nearby, they listed their vehicles at the MSRP price, where as Palmen listed the MSRP price and a great discounted price (which I was still able to haggle down a bit). EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED The service dept has absolutely no "customer first" service ethic. They take phone calls while talking to a person in front of them. Extremely RUDE. The salesperson was initially good to deal with until we found out from another dealer that the vehicle we bought 4 months earlier had a branded title and that is why we could not get a better trade in on it. That was never told to us or I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. This dealership is fraudulant. The falsify their DOT inspections. More
