She was very respectful and tried getting me the best deal on the best vehicle possible that was in my criteria. I've been to multiple dealerships before going to Palmen motors, I thought the others were a good experience with good customer service but going into palmen blew all the others out of the water. Every representative I had come into contact with were very respectful and kind and understood what I wanted in a vehicle. They didn't try and show me a variety of vehicles that were different from my liking, they stayed on track and worked very hard to find the perfect truck in my liking. More

I have had very frustrating vehicle purchases from out of the area in the past. Dealing over the phone purchases and on the spot purchases can be very stressful. Especiallynot knowing the vehicle or test driving it before purchase can be difficult. But my experiencewas great. I was honest with them and they were honest with me and that goes a long way with me. So I thank all who was involved.
