I asked 3 people to explain how front collision works. I did not receive a consistent answer. While speaking to two different individuals they negated my conversation by stating they close at 6pm. I was in the building with Ben taking at 5:40pm and on the phone the prior week with Randy at 5:30pm. Why am I being interrupted about what time they close? It does not demonstrate the customers needs come first and excellent customer service. I asked for verification that the issues I had with my 2023 Yukon were directly related to their findings and I was told "it should be". That is not confidence for me to feel safe driving my vehicle. My husband took my truck in on Tuesday at 9:45am and he called Wednesday after 12pm and the oil change or work had not been started. I don't understand why my vehicle was scheduled for a oil change on Tuesday at 9:45am and it was not touched until my husband called the next day. My purchase experience was great with Jimmy Johnson and service department interactions have been poor. I am very disappointed, this is a local dealer near my home and I do not feel welcomed or appreciated for my vehicle purchase More
