Very disappointed. 3rd vehicle bought here, took delivery on cold windy and snowy day. Passed from one salesman to next even though had appt with Nat. Asked if they still used inside back room. told yes, but on cold windy and snowy day. Passed from one salesman to next even though had appt with Nat. We purchased a GMC Acadia. They didn’t have the color / trim we were looking for on the lot and they found it at another dealership. Vehicle had some cosmetic issues upon us taking it once it arrived and t trim we were looking for on the lot and they found it at another dealership. Darrell (James) was amazing! Seriously! He’s the one that deserves the 5 stars! He would get a higher rating if that were a thing. I am very difficult to work with. I know what I want, and want the best deal deserves the 5 stars! He would get a higher rating if that were a thing. I am very difficult to work with. I know what I want, and want the best deal out there. There was so much back and forth between cars and different options. He went above and beyond to do his best to find me what I wanted. As a single mom on a budget, it is very much a blessing to find someone who cares to find you the best and safest car for you and your children. To him it wasn’t just a “sale”; he treated me like family. I hope he is still there the next time I am ready to buy another vehicle. I cannot say I had the best experience with the managers. They took forever and made me wait. I got a discount for being in healthcare, and the manager said he gave it to me, then I had to point out it really wasn’t on my agreement. The managers really have to pick it up there. It seems they are doing too much at once. Otherwise, it is a great place! More
