My salesman was great but the used car manager was the worst person I have ever dealt with I bought the car my a/c did not work the first time I used it the used car manager tried to charge me for trouble worst person I have ever dealt with I bought the car my a/c did not work the first time I used it the used car manager tried to charge me for trouble shooting the a/c this was an item that was on the list of checked as good by the dealership during the inspection process and it was missed and he tried to hold me responsible would not stand behind his vehicle this is the second vehicle I have purchased from palmen and will be the last due the the level of dishonesty and disrespect i dealt with hope that this guy is taken care of actions like this will definitely hurt this business if not taken care of. More
