Not at all impressed! I had problems with the financing department when making the purchase. I had problems with the service department for over a year when my radio was I had problems with the financing department when making the purchase. I had problems with the service department for over a year when my radio was not working properly. It took many trips coming in and leaving the car there for diagnosis. Over a year before they finally put a new radio in. It was ridiculous! I was taken advantage of by the last last service tech I dealt in my tire purchase just a week ago. I am happy to say I am trading the vehicle in tomorrow to the prior dealer I had purchased all my other vehicles from. Lesson learned, I should have never left. I NEVER had one single issue with the service department of the dealer I am going back to. Service is important when you spend $40,000 on a vehicle. I should have backed out of the sale of the $40,000 vehicle I purchased when the finance department backed of the interest free payments when it was part of the deal. The only reason I didn’t was because I personally know the the man I dealt with in buying the vehicle. Very happy to be done with Palmen! Below I have given one star to the two people I had the biggest problem with just to let you know who cost Palmen any further business from me or my family More

They always take care of my car. I take it there for my oil changes. My coolant was almost gone so they spent extra time on it even though I could clearly see they were very busy. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had having automotive work done on a vehicle. Tim and the entire service group were so kind and personable. I had a recall part replaced and was offered a car w automotive work done on a vehicle. Tim and the entire service group were so kind and personable. I had a recall part replaced and was offered a car wash extraordinaire, not to mention they replaced new wiper blades I had inquired about. I was offered transport, which I didn’t need, and again, had a nice experience when I picked up my car. Funny thing though, Tim had to point out before I left after dropping off my vehicle, that I left my little dog in the car😂lol. More
