Juan was super kind and helpful and didn’t say anything negative when I asked about checking prices around town first before deciding on having the work done. He encouraged me too and gave me a printed qu negative when I asked about checking prices around town first before deciding on having the work done. He encouraged me too and gave me a printed quote to use. I drove out and drove right back in. I made one call and found Juan’s price was still better than the competitor. And that was before he gave me a coup. For free labor on ! We will. One back for service at Palm Springs Subaru because of Juan! Excellent, honest, and caring. And a warm smile and hand shake to boot. Thank you Juan! More

Happy w/ New Forester Gilbert in Sales was very helpful and gave us a number of options to consider..Worked with us over the Memorial Day weekend and searched many surround Gilbert in Sales was very helpful and gave us a number of options to consider..Worked with us over the Memorial Day weekend and searched many surrounding dealers to come up with our color and trim package. We used the Costco buying service and were quite satisfied. We didn't feel any pressure and all was explained to us to our satisfaction.. Everything was upfront..Might want to check out a you tube person named Kevin Hunter as he posts many helpful videos on what to look out for when car buying. The Finance department had a few hangups ( not from out side) but after several phone calls over a few days, all was ironed out. More

Buyer Beware The car is great, and the sales experience was good. But be careful once you go back in the financing or if you are just going over any upgrades. The The car is great, and the sales experience was good. But be careful once you go back in the financing or if you are just going over any upgrades. The finance manager, Julian lied to us about our interest rate, and about an added warranty ("You will get a full refund if you don't use it within the first 6 months")! I feel like I was dealing with a fly-by-night used car dealership in some shady area of Chicago. We called and sent emails, but heard from no one!! Now, we are working with Subaru USA to try to fix things! My advice to you, buy a Toyota! More

There is only 1 Subaru dealership in southern Nevada, so I contacted dealerships out of the area for prices. I contacted Palm Springs Subaru and connected with Csaba. He had a green Outback available, but it had black interior, and I really wanted ivory. However, he offered the car to me at a great price. He did everything he could to make the sale, including trying to locate one with ivory interior, but was unable to find one. I ended up buying the exact car I wanted at another dealership. I would recommend Csaba to anyone who is looking to buy a Subaru. More
Bought a used Prius during Coronavirus Outbreak Gilbert sold me a used Toyota Prius on 3/19/2020, during the Coronavirus outbreak. My partner and I decided we needed a inexpensive 2nd car, and I saw Gilbert sold me a used Toyota Prius on 3/19/2020, during the Coronavirus outbreak. My partner and I decided we needed a inexpensive 2nd car, and I saw the Prius on the dealer website. I walked around the car early on a Sunday morning when the dealership was closed. Gilbert and I then made the deal by phone a few days later, and I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. The dealership was clean, and everyone kept a respectful distance from one another. The car had new tires installed, was washed, and filled with gas when I arrived. Steven was great with the final paperwork, It is a crazy time, but Gilbert, and Subaru of Palm Springs (Cathedral City) did a great job. More
I received a notice in the mail that the airbag in the passenger side of my Subaru Impreza had been recalled, so I made an appointment at my nearest Subaru dealership in Palm Springs. I figured while I wa passenger side of my Subaru Impreza had been recalled, so I made an appointment at my nearest Subaru dealership in Palm Springs. I figured while I was there I would have them fix my headlights that had been out, too. I had not been to this dealership before, but soon realized it was a big mistake to take my car here. First of all the service was horrible. They have a bunch of inexperienced ‘kids,’ who apparently cannot answer basic questions, running the place. They appear miserable, like they must hate their jobs, and it is reflected in the way they treat the customer (and each other). But fine, “I’m just here to get my airbag (and headlights) fixed,” I thought. I dropped my car off, and came back later to pick it up, after the airbag/headlight issue had supposedly been fixed. Well, just a few miles after driving off the dealership lot, my car started violently shaking. I have NEVER had a single issue with my car, besides my headlights, prior to that. So I took my car back, and say, “Look, you guys obviously did something to the car when you were inside my dash fixing the airbag. So please fix this issue.” They completely and repeatedly denied ANY responsibility for the newly-presented issue with my transmission. I did, however, leave my car at the dealership so they could fix the problem with the transmission. So I then went to pick my car up, and they told me they had bad news. Apparently one of the PS Subaru employees screwed-up and put these repairs under the wrong VIN number. They found out when some guy on the west coast called and said he was receiving notices about work being done on his car, which was impossible since he was on the opposite side of the country. What an incompetent mess! Anyway, I drove my car home, and apparently the transmission issue (which they NEVER owned-up to) was resolved, but then I realized my headlights, that I paid for, were never fixed! So I took my car into the dealership yet again. I pointed out that I paid to have the headlights fixed, so I would like this taken care of. Again, I left my car with them. When I went to pick it up, they told me they had more bad news. They proceeded to inform me that they were, in fact, unable to fix my headlights. Well, since that was the case, I asked to be reimbursed. They couldn’t reimburse me, they said, since they had performed “work” on the car, regardless of the fact they were not able to fix what they said they were going to fix. And not only did they not reimburse me for the fees I paid related to the headlights being fixed the first time I took my car in, they charged me for the SECOND time I brought the car in to have them look into the headlights they never fixed! That’s when I realized PS Subaru is a scam, looking to rip you off. I’m a young-looking woman, and they probably assumed I was an easy target. I love Subaru and was looking to upgrade my car... but I will no longer be getting a Subaru since it’s these people I’m going to have to deal with. Never again. More
