Don is amazing! He has helped me in 2 occasions and I am happy he is my go to guy. First time I called , it was a same day battery change and he helped me out fast a He has helped me in 2 occasions and I am happy he is my go to guy. First time I called , it was a same day battery change and he helped me out fast and effective and he made sure my warranty covered the cost. I am a bit disappointed in this dealership. I've received several emails from Subaru about trading in my lease in the past couple of weeks. When I contacted them to follow through on this, the I've received several emails from Subaru about trading in my lease in the past couple of weeks. When I contacted them to follow through on this, the number they gave me was drastically different from the emails. That aside, I was told by the sales specialist that he would get back to me later in the day. Several days later when I hadn't heard back, I contacted a different specialist from this dealership. He said he would get back to me. No one got back to me and when I contacted them again the next day, they said supposedly the first one said he was going to get back to me the day prior. I just felt like they had no desire to make a deal or even have the courtesy to get back to me. Overall it was disappointing, and is making me definitely reconsider getting another subaru. Unfortunate as my first experience years ago was so great that I had several members of my family switch their cars to get a Subaru because I was so impressed. More

I purchased my First Subaru in July of 2009. I have not yet had a chance to telephone Gilbert and make an official Appointment for further Consultation. However as my current Work Commitment finishes by Oc yet had a chance to telephone Gilbert and make an official Appointment for further Consultation. However as my current Work Commitment finishes by Oct. 1oth..I shall be wide open to setting an Appointment Date after that time.
